Overview of Closing Guarantee
Our goal is to take the stress out of the mortgage process, so we’re offering a new on-time closing guarantee. When you purchase your home with our Right By You Guarantee, you will have peace of mind knowing your loan will close on time so that you can move into your home as scheduled! If you don’t close on time, we pay the buyer and the seller $500.
The Right By You Guarantee is available on all conventional and VA loans. You only need a few things to be eligible for the Right By You Guarantee*:
At least 25 days between your fully executed contract date and your closing date
Complete your mortgage application within two business days of your fully executed contract
Respond to any information requests within two business days
*Enrollment is required. Enrollment in the Right By You Guarantee (“Guarantee”) must take place during the initial mortgage application. Guarantee is available on all Conventional, VA, FHA, and Porfolio Product purchases. Guarantee is not a loan approval guarantee. Eligibility will be confirmed once your loan is fully underwritten and a conditional commitment letter is issued. Loan closing date is subject to change if and only if the builder is not able to finish the home on time or the seller cannot move out on time. Guarantee will be void in all areas declared natural disasters. This program may change or end at any time.
