FUQUAY-VARINA, North Carolina (June 1, 2020) – Fidelity Bank is pleased to announce that Tonya Bartlett has joined its mortgage division, Right By You Mortgage, as Mortgage Loan Officer. In her new position, Mrs. Bartlett is responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with home buyers, homeowners, Real Estate Partners, and Bank Partners. She will guide her clients through the home loan process to ensure a positive and comfortable real estate transaction from start to finish. Tonya serves territories in Iredell County and surrounding areas. Her office is located at the Fidelity Bank branch located at 186 Williamson Road in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Tonya has 5 years of real estate experience in Iredell County. Prior to joining Right By You Mortgage, she worked for Southeast Real Estate, Inc. She was a realtor at Keller Williams Mooresville/Lake Norman. In addition to her real estate background, Tonya is active in the community. She is a board member of Statesville Family YMCA, committee member of Troutman NC Parks and Recreation and serves as Vice President of Troutman Middle School PTO. She also helps to sponsor events for Troutman Rotary and Troutman Business Council.
Mrs. Bartlett graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Mathematics Education. She currently resides in Troutman, North Carolina with her husband, Robert, and has two children.
